Vacation Part 2
Sun: (still) After Kennedy Space center, we drove to Ft. Lauderdale. Not a very pretty city, and not a nice place to stay. Our hotel was a Timeshare freebee, so we and about 300 other people came and went in two days. we checked in, swam and and then went to bed.
Mon: got up and went to our 3 hour Timeshare presentation. NO we didn't buy a time share. After the time share thing which lasted most of the day. THen we drove around lost in Ft. L. for a while. Stopped at a gas station bought a new map and asked directions... he sent us to the Liquor store next door. THe guy who was lit at 3pm actually gave us good directions. We found what we were looking for dinner and then went back to the hotel and went to the pool in teh dark with 30 other African am. kids. It was fun.
Tue: got up and went to the harbor. We stopped and had our first 
cuban food. It was really good. We had to wait in line, but got on board with little hassle. Our room was down on the bottom level in hte back of hte section agasint the side of the ship. When you sleep you could hear the water slapping agsint hte side of the ship all night. It was cool. The draw back was the twin beds. But that was a small price to pay. WE ate alot hung out alot and greatly enjoyed ourselves. Dinner was wonderful, the food and the service were excellent and we loved it. We would go on another cruse for the dinner service and food. After dinner we went to a vegas style show, filled with ukranians who could barely speak english. It was funny and the two gay dancers were 
hallarious.. It 
was so much fun I talked brad into going back the second night.
