JAreth



So far he is doing great. he continues to grow, and is working on getting on a schedule. He still doesn't sleep through the night but that is okay. He feeds at 12:00 then is up around 4:00-6:00 ( I say around but he is up for two hours no matter what i do wide awake.) then he sleeps til 8:30.. that is when his day starts. He still has red hair, and his eyes are still that grey color. WE have noticed that he eats way better than laurana did but she slept way bettr than he does. Also she drooled when she ate, he spits up alot and some times at a distance of about 4-5 inches.



Laurana


She loves her baby brother. She wants to "get him" out of bed for mommy, and often we have to find nice but safe ways for her to help. Ironically even after she "pats" his head harder than mommy likes he looks for her if she walks away and cries if she leaves while playing with him. She is growing more vocal everyday. Her latest thing is she loves to have tea parties. She loves chruch, loves her friends, and LOVES the pool. If we let her she would stay in the pool all day. of course she also thinks she can swim all by herself and has to be watched very very carefully. She lvoes that we have taken Jareth in the pool now. Of course we just got his bottom wet and he cried a little. but she loves sharing things with him. She jsut got a fake princess camera that makes the clicking noise and flashes a little light. she loves it she "take your picture" of everyone, mommy, daddy, daddy's shoe, jareth. She loves cameras I might have to get her one next year for her birthday. We have tried to potty train her but life keeps getting in teh way and we are not stressing it.



Daddy


Brad is still set up to work next year as an assistant. We prayed that I would get a good job and he could stay home with the kids but at this point that is not possible. He has been excellent this summer taking care of all of us. Laurana loves her daddy.




Mommy


Mommy's job from last year got cut, then brought back but then filled from some one in the county who had tenure and whose position got cut. So mommy who was hired late last year doesn't have a position yet for this comming year. We are still praying and looking and applying. Please pray with us that God will proved a job for Ellice (in the county that woudl give her tenure if she got hired this year woudl be best so that we don't keep having to deal wtih this eveyr eyar) . Mommy is also very tired right now Jareth is not sleeping great and not in long spurts. so 4-5 hours of sleep a night for someone who is use to 8-9 is tough and it is all broken up which makes it seem like less. Luckly daddy has be great doing dishes, laundry, taking care of the kids, and helping mommy survive.

Annevsary's and baby firsts

Okay, let see, our 4th annavsary was this week. We have been married four years. It feels a little longer. I guess we have just packed alot into it and that makes it seem longer. I am really very happy/glad, that I married brad. He has been supportive when I have been flipping out. He takes care of me, and needs me, he is calmed by me when he is flipping out, he has created the cutest little bear with me, we have shared laughs, football games, Musicals, movies, TV shows, books, basketball games, tears, hardship, lack of funs... in short, the better and the worse, the richer and the poorer, the sickness and the health, alaughter and the sorrow, I married a very specail man and I am truly blessed because of it. I can't thank God enough that He saved bard for me. As for First, this week the baby slept all night for the first time. We fed her at 9:00 pm, put her down and she doesn't get up til around 7:30. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Sanity

Okay so this week has been a little wild. Between getting ready for testing at school. Trying to keep students who are ready for summer focused. PMSing, Brad having his huge action research proposal due yesterday and many other little things, I have felt just the slightest bit overwhelmed. I will say that Sanjya finally got voted off American Idol. He couldn't sing, coldn't dance and there and there was really no reason he made it this far above and beyond that people wanted to see what crazy thing he would do each week. Well finally they got it through their heads that he coudln't sing and sent him packing, me and Simon Cowl were thrilled. Please continue to pray for brad, his feet and shins are still bothering him. wE think it is shin splints but we are not sure. He is giving them the 2-4 week rest period that shin splints need and if they don't get better he will go to the dr. as I mentioned above, testing starts next week, here in teh state of Kentucky, and th...
